Abstract

Optimalisasi produktivitas karyawan menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing organisasi di tengah dinamika perubahan lingkungan kerja yang semakin kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pelatihan manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan sebagai strategi dalam meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menelaah praktik pelatihan SDM, pengembangan kompetensi, serta implementasi standar kualitas pelayanan dalam organisasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan manajemen SDM yang terstruktur mampu meningkatkan kompetensi teknis, keterampilan interpersonal, serta motivasi kerja karyawan. Selain itu, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan berdampak positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, loyalitas, dan efisiensi kinerja karyawan. Sinergi antara pelatihan SDM dan kualitas pelayanan dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif, adaptif, dan berorientasi pada hasil. Oleh karena itu, organisasi perlu merancang program pelatihan berkelanjutan serta strategi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan guna mendukung produktivitas karyawan dan keberlanjutan kinerja organisasi.
