Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menganalisis Model Integratif Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia dan Budaya Organisasi dalam Optimalisasi Kinerja Karyawan pada Indomaret sebagai salah satu perusahaan ritel terbesar di Indonesia. Dalam menghadapi persaingan industri ritel yang semakin dinamis, organisasi dituntut untuk mengintegrasikan strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) dengan penguatan budaya organisasi guna meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara berkelanjutan. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap manajer dan karyawan di beberapa gerai Indomaret. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan SDM melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan, sistem evaluasi kinerja, serta penguatan kompetensi layanan pelanggan akan lebih efektif apabila diselaraskan dengan nilai-nilai budaya organisasi seperti disiplin, integritas, kerja sama tim, dan orientasi pada pelayanan. Model integratif yang dirumuskan dalam penelitian ini menempatkan budaya organisasi sebagai fondasi nilai, sementara pengembangan SDM berperan sebagai instrumen strategis dalam membangun kompetensi dan motivasi karyawan. Sinergi antara kedua variabel tersebut terbukti mendorong peningkatan produktivitas, kualitas pelayanan, serta loyalitas karyawan.
