Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat telah mendorong perubahan fundamental dalam praktik kewirausahaan, menuntut pelaku usaha untuk beradaptasi melalui transformasi model bisnis yang inovatif. Inovasi model bisnis menjadi strategi kunci dalam menghadapi dinamika pasar digital yang ditandai oleh perubahan perilaku konsumen, intensitas persaingan, serta disrupsi teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi inovasi model bisnis dalam mendukung transformasi kewirausahaan di era digital serta mengidentifikasi peran inovasi tersebut dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur dan analisis deskriptif terhadap berbagai temuan penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dengan topik kewirausahaan digital dan inovasi model bisnis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi kewirausahaan di era digital tidak hanya bergantung pada adopsi teknologi, tetapi juga pada kemampuan pelaku usaha dalam merancang ulang proposisi nilai, struktur biaya, saluran distribusi, serta hubungan dengan pelanggan secara inovatif dan adaptif. Inovasi model bisnis yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi digital terbukti mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memperluas jangkauan pasar, serta menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan.
