Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di organisasi. Gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif dan budaya organisasi yang kondusif diyakini menjadi faktor utama yang memengaruhi motivasi, komitmen, dan produktivitas karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif-eksploratif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap informan yang memiliki peran strategis dalam organisasi, seperti pimpinan, manajer, dan staf kunci. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik dengan langkah-langkah reduksi data, pengkodean, identifikasi tema, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan partisipatif terbukti mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan dan memperkuat internalisasi nilai-nilai budaya organisasi. Sementara itu, budaya organisasi yang mendukung kolaborasi, komunikasi terbuka, dan inovasi berperan dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan adaptif. Sinergi antara gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif dan budaya organisasi yang positif mendorong peningkatan kinerja karyawan secara signifikan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam pengembangan literatur manajemen sumber daya manusia dan organisasi, serta implikasi praktis bagi pimpinan organisasi dalam merancang strategi kepemimpinan dan budaya kerja yang mendukung kinerja optimal.
