Implementasi Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Arsip Digital Berbasis Web: Studi Kasus Dinas Pertanian Provinsi Aceh

Pengelolaan arsip merupakan bagian penting dalam mendukung efektivitas administrasi dan pelayanan pada instansi pemerintah. Seiring dengan meningkatnya volume dokumen dan tuntutan efisiensi kerja, pengelolaan arsip secara konvensional dinilai kurang efektif dan berpotensi menimbulkan permasalahan dalam penyimpanan, pencarian, serta keamanan dokumen. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem informasi arsip digital yang terintegrasi dan mudah diakses. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi pengelolaan arsip digital berbasis web pada Dinas Pertanian Provinsi Aceh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan sistem, implementasi, serta pengujian fungsional. Sistem dikembangkan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi web untuk mendukung proses pengelolaan arsip, mulai dari penginputan, penyimpanan, pencarian, hingga pengelolaan hak akses pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi arsip digital berbasis web yang diimplementasikan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan arsip, mempercepat proses pencarian dokumen, serta meningkatkan keamanan dan keteraturan penyimpanan data arsip. Sistem ini juga memberikan kemudahan akses bagi pengguna sesuai dengan kewenangan yang dimiliki. Dengan demikian, penerapan sistem informasi pengelolaan arsip digital berbasis web diharapkan dapat mendukung peningkatan kinerja administrasi dan tata kelola arsip pada Dinas Pertanian Provinsi Aceh.
