Abstract

Fatigue merupakan salah satu masalah utama yang sering dialami oleh pasien hemodialisis dan berdampak signifikan terhadap kualitas hidup serta kepatuhan terhadap terapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara intradialytic exercise dan penurunan fatigue pada pasien hemodialisis dalam kerangka Model Adaptasi Roy. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan konseptual melalui tinjauan literatur terhadap publikasi nasional dan internasional terkini periode 2022–2025. Hasil sintesis literatur menunjukkan bahwa intradialytic exercise, yaitu aktivitas fisik yang dilakukan selama proses hemodialisis, efektif menurunkan tingkat fatigue melalui peningkatan perfusi otot, keseimbangan hormonal, dan fungsi kardiovaskular. Dalam perspektif Model Adaptasi Roy, fatigue dipahami sebagai respons maladaptif terhadap stimulus fisiologis dan psikologis yang berlangsung kronis, sedangkan intradialytic exercise berperan sebagai mekanisme koping adaptif yang mendukung penyesuaian positif pada empat mode adaptasi Roy, yaitu fisiologis, konsep diri, fungsi peran, dan interdependensi. Temuan ini memberikan landasan teoretis bagi pengembangan intervensi keperawatan yang komprehensif dan berkelanjutan guna meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien hemodialisis.
