Penguatan Manajemen Pendidikan Keluarga dalam Membangun Keluarga Bahagia dan Harmonis

Keluarga merupakan lingkungan pendidikan pertama dan utama bagi anak sekaligus ruang sosial yang menentukan terbentuknya karakter, pola perilaku, nilai, dan kualitas hubungan antaranggota keluarga. Namun demikian, berbagai perubahan sosial, kesibukan orang tua, perkembangan teknologi digital, lemahnya komunikasi, serta belum optimalnya pemahaman orang tua mengenai pengelolaan pendidikan di lingkungan keluarga menjadi tantangan dalam mewujudkan keluarga yang bahagia dan harmonis. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan orang tua dalam menerapkan manajemen pendidikan keluarga melalui perencanaan pendidikan, pembagian peran, komunikasi positif, pola asuh, pendidikan karakter, pengelolaan konflik, dan evaluasi kehidupan keluarga. Metode pengabdian menggunakan pendekatan pendidikan masyarakat yang dilaksanakan melalui penyuluhan, ceramah interaktif, diskusi, studi kasus, simulasi, praktik, dan pendampingan. Peserta diberikan materi mengenai konsep manajemen pendidikan keluarga serta dilibatkan dalam identifikasi permasalahan dan penyusunan strategi pendidikan keluarga. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi, tanya jawab, refleksi, dan penilaian terhadap kemampuan peserta memahami serta menerapkan materi dalam konteks kehidupan keluarga. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran peserta mengenai pentingnya peran orang tua sebagai pendidik, komunikasi yang efektif, pola asuh positif, pembiasaan karakter, dan pengelolaan konflik secara konstruktif. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa penguatan manajemen pendidikan keluarga dapat menjadi strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam membangun keluarga yang lebih harmonis, adaptif, dan bahagia.
