Implementasi Nilai-Nilai Manajemen Dakwah dalam Penguatan Peran Sosial Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS): Pendekatan Sosiologis Berbasis Pengabdian Masyarakat

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi nilai-nilai manajemen dakwah dalam memperkuat peran sosial Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) melalui pendekatan sosiologis berbasis pengabdian masyarakat. Permasalahan yang diangkat adalah belum optimalnya integrasi antara prinsip manajerial dakwah dengan program pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan zakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan partisipatif melalui kegiatan edukasi, pendampingan, dan penguatan kelembagaan bagi pengelola zakat dan masyarakat penerima manfaat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan fungsi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan yang berlandaskan nilai dakwah mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan publik, partisipasi masyarakat, serta efektivitas program pendistribusian zakat. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi manajemen dakwah dalam tata kelola zakat tidak hanya memperkuat syiar keagamaan, tetapi juga meningkatkan pemberdayaan sosial-ekonomi masyarakat secara berkelanjutan,
